Chris and Natasha have lived and worked in the Northern Territory for over 20 years and are passionate about helping Territorians reach their full potential.
Chris Hammond
Chris is an agile leader who is passionate about bringing people together to create new opportunities and develop innovative solutions to resolve complex issues.
Chris has spent the past few years leading multi-stakeholder initiatives for the Northern Territory Government to improve the lives of Territorians.
Embracing the core values of inclusivity, equitable participation, innovation, and respect, Chris engages a broad spectrum of stakeholders in his work to deliver agreed (and implementable) strategies and plans aligned to desired outcomes of all participants.
Chris holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance (Corporate Finance and Advisory) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders.
Chris is a former finance professional with ANZ, has previously led the Territory operations of an ASX listed company and has spent a couple of years working overseas.

Natasha Hammond
Natasha has led a diverse range of operations in Banking and Insurance for over 20 years - most recently led a team to integrate systems, processes and cultural alignment between an acquiring business and a local iconic brand.
Natasha is experienced at planning large projects and change programs and able to facilitate total transformation programs including the development of Target Operating Models to support long-term sustainable business models.
Natasha is also an experienced Change Manager and passionate about leading people through leadership, operational and change initiatives to build the achievement of business and strategic outcomes.
Natasha uses her experience to engage and facilitate leadership training, development and coaching at all levels.
Natasha is currently studying Psychology locally at Charles Darwin University.
